PACKAGE 1 – Consultation

PACKAGE 2 – Day of Coordination

  • Meeting to discuss details of your wedding day.
  • Prepare your wedding day itinerary
  • Review all vendor contracts
  • Confirmation with vendors 1-2 weeks before and day of your wedding.
  • Take care of all last minute details
  • Attendance and assist at your ceremony rehearsal
  • Instruct ushers and readers of duties
  • Review roles and responsibilities of bridal party
  • Manage the details: favours, place cards, Seating chart display
  • Preparation and management of wedding day schedules, ie: Supervision of entire reception: cocktails, introductions, first dance, cake cutting, bouquet/garter toss, entertainers, speeches
  • Communication with caterers, MC, DJ, photographers, videographer
  • Delivery of final payment to vendors (if required)
  • Use of wedding day Emergency kit

PACKAGE 3 – Full Coordination

  • Unlimited hours Consultation Meetings leading up to your wedding
  • Budget creation and management
  • Tips on how to maximize your wedding budget
  • Vendor Payment schedules
  • Develop and update wedding expense report
  • Full theme development and implementation
  • Décor design recommendations
  • Vendor referrals, negotiations, relations and communication
  • Setting up meetings with vendors
  • Ceremony/Reception venue scouting and recommendations
  • Coordinate and assist bride and groom in wedding invitation selection and ordering.
  • Wedding etiquette advice
  • Attend vendor meetings with various vendors
  • Coordinate bridal party
  • Attention to every detail
  • Detailed Itinerary for the wedding day
  • Confirmation of vendors 1 – 2 weeks before the wedding
  • Organization meeting with the couple 2 weeks prior to the wedding day
  • Attendance and Wedding rehearsal direction
  • We will arrive 2 hours prior to ceremony and remain on site until the events end.

  • Coordinate and distribute payment to vendors. Ensure they sign contract (Paid in full)
  • Supervision of entire reception: cocktails, introductions, first dance, cake cutting, bouquet/garter toss, entertainers, speeches
  • We take care of all finishing touches at the reception
  • Check that no one has left any personal belongings at reception
  • Wedding day Emergency Kit
  • Guidance in any other topic of interest to the couple
  • Arrange for hotel accommodations if needed

This is designed for the couple who want to use the planner on an as needed basis.


Destination Wedding planning.

Fees dependant on destination

For the couple who want to have their wedding with only a few close friends and family.
Natalka is a certified Destination Wedding Planner Member of Association of Bridal Consultants and a

Certified Sandals Specialist. She would advice you to include the best choice of destinations and the laws,

rules and regulations for a marriage to take place in the chosen destination.
